What I eat and exercise I do
Ok I thought i would use this blog to track the food I eat and the exercise I do. I am doing badly with both of these and have put on another 2kg! I am almost 70kg again. I guess I am upset with myled that I left 17kg but have down put back on 9kg. But I know I am not doing that well, I lack the motivation, I want to eat badly and I do not feel like doing exercise. So today I thought the plan might be to track my food for a week and see what happens. I do not want to do it on my main blog so I will do it on this one instead and i will start tomorrow.
